Chow Bella is going big — really big — for its five-year anniversary celebration.
The popular canine social club and training facility has moved to a spacious new home at 260 Broadway that’s “bigger, brighter and gives us room to grow in all the best ways,” says owner Marijo English. “Reaching five years in Saratoga feels like both a whirlwind and a huge milestone.”
The new digs have allowed the space for a crucial new service addition — and more. “We’ve added doggy daycare, upgraded our grooming salon, and our indoor dog park is now fully climate controlled — with tons of space to run, play, and make new friends, no matter the weather,” English says. “And after five years of dreaming, we’re finally making our café a reality!”

The café is part of Chow Bella’s mission of being a one-stop-shop for pups — “and the people who love them.” “The café was part of the original plan, but like so many things, the pandemic hit pause on that vision,” English says. “Now, with this new space, we finally have the freedom — and square footage — to bring it to life. We can’t wait to serve up great coffee, wine and good vibes for the humans while their pups enjoy the fun.
“As much as we loved our original location, our new home is truly a dream come true.”
For those new to Chow Bella, in addition to its new doggy daycare, it offers grooming, training, an indoor dog park, and shopping. “Our retail shop features hand-picked toys, treats, and accessories,” English says. “We’re also all about community: From breed meetups to birthday parties, we’re here to celebrate dogs (and their humans) in every way we can.”
Looking back, English basks in the memories of her first five years in business on West Avenue. “There are so many,” she says. “But ones that sticks out are the times we host meetups for rescues, breeds and our small dog times. They are chaotic, hilarious, and pure joy. It’s moments like that — seeing people connect over their love for dogs — that remind me why I started this in the first place, and inspire us to come up with more fun social opportunities to share with your best friend.”
And now, English can look forward to the next five years, right on Broadway. (From the heart of downtown, the new location is past Complexions on the park side of the street.)
“This community has embraced us from the start, and we’ve grown up alongside so many incredible dogs and their families,” she says. “Saratoga is such a dog-loving town — it’s the perfect place for a business like ours. Honestly, it’s been a labor of love, and I’m incredibly grateful.”
